How does the 30-day free trial of the Premium Plan work? To explore how SafetySync Premium can help you create a better safety culture in your organization, simply sign-up and test the Premium online safety management system at no cost for 30 days. We'll let you know when your trial is almost over so you can choose between Premium and Basic plans. Can I change or cancel plans at any time? There are no term-length commitments so you can adjust your plan options as your needs change. I have seasonal employees, can I make them “inactive” while they are on leave? Absolutely. The system will retain records for inactive employees, but their compliance will not be reflected in your safety program reports. Inactive employees will not be able to access your safety program content (training, policies, procedures, etc.) What customer support does each plan provide? All SafetySync customers can utilize the extensive help article archive available in the online safety management system. Premium plan customers can call our toll-free support line. Trouble tickets from Premium Plan customers also receive prioritized responses. If I sign up for the Premium service, how will I be billed and what methods of payment do you accept? If you choose to stay on the Premium plan after the trial period, we will email you invoices monthly based on the number of active employees in the system. We currently accept payments by cheque or online by Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
