You may have noticed that we've added a new panel called "Reminders" to the employee portal home page. As with all our features, we tried to emulate the real-world equivalent, by making it look like a white board that you might have above your desk.
This list will contain any "Internal Responsibility System" items that are an employee's responsibilities under the health and safety program, but that don't yet show up under the compliance graphs. The reminders are conveniently split between Employee Portal reminders and Company Administration reminders (for those users with appropriate permissions).
Reminders include such things as training and certificates that are coming due, action items that are assigned to you, policies that are due to be reviewed, and so on. Ideally the reminders are meant to make employees aware of requirements before they interfere with compliance. These reminders are included in the compliance emails if your company has monitoring enabled.
