Every worker is assigned a unique QR code that can be printed on a hard hat sticker or ID badge. At any job site a third party(or your site foreman) can scan it with a barcode reader app on their phone and bring up a list of tickets, policies, procedures, and competencies.

Site foremen have access to a list of certificates completed for each worker and can easily see any areas they might be deficient.

You can also see that the worker has read and acknowledged policies required to be on site.

Site foremen can quickly see that the correct list of safe operating procedures have been reviewed by the worker.

Lastly, workers need to be competent in their duties to be on site, right? Easily browse a list of tasks that workers have been deemed competent to perform.
